About these terms

These terms govern your use of AZ Lock and azlock.net, provided by AZPHONE CLOUD LIMITED. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

Using AZ Lock

You may use AZ Lock on devices you own or are authorized to manage, in accordance with applicable law. Do not use the app to gain unauthorized access, interfere with another person’s device or violate their privacy. You are responsible for your device, selected settings and the content you store.

Protection and recovery

App locking depends on Android permissions, device settings and operating-system behavior. It is an additional privacy layer and does not replace your device screen lock, backups or other security measures. Keep your PIN, pattern and recovery information safe. We cannot guarantee recovery of encrypted files after lost credentials, cleared app data, device failure or uninstalling. Export important files before deleting app data.

Premium, trials and billing

Where subscriptions are offered, Google Play displays the applicable price, billing period, trial eligibility and renewal terms before purchase. A 7-day trial applies only when it is included in the offer shown at checkout. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid subscription at the displayed price. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Google Play. Uninstalling AZ Lock does not cancel a subscription. Access generally continues until the end of the current paid period, subject to Google Play’s terms. Restore eligible purchases using the same Google account. Refunds are subject to Google Play’s policies and applicable consumer law.

Third-party services

Advertising, external websites, search providers and Google Play are provided by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control their content or availability. Links do not imply endorsement.

Ownership

AZ Lock branding, software and website materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You receive permission to use the app for its intended purpose; ownership is not transferred. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses.

Availability and changes

We may update features, fix problems or discontinue parts of the service. Features may vary by device, Android version, region and permissions. We may restrict use that violates these terms. Material changes will be communicated where required by law.

Liability and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or absolute security. We are not responsible for loss caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications or failure to keep necessary backups. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
